Please read the following Terms and Conditions below which relate to the information contained within the £79 holiday voucher carefully, as they apply to all Exclusive Lifestyle Passport offers and cannot be changed under any circumstances.  The holiday voucher is operated in accordance with its specific Terms and Conditions and cannot be varied by any verbal representations. 
If your completed on-line Holiday Request Form that you will receive as set out below, meets the Marketing Criteria, and the other conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions, you will be contacted with a confirmation advice. Exclusive Lifestyle Passport is a trading name of Exclusive Lifestyle Passport Ltd.

1. This holiday offer is open to UK residents aged between twenty-five and sixty-two who are married, or have been cohabiting for at least one year, and are homeowners with a joint annual income in excess of £25,000 – (“marketing criteria”).
2. This voucher may only be used by the participant family once and is not transferable in whole or part.  Any unused sections have no cash value and may not be used in conjunction with other offers or given in exchange.
3. There is no obligation to rent or purchase anything in order to take up this holiday offer.  However, to receive this award, you and your partner are required to attend a holiday products presentation at one of Club La Costa’s UK Exhibition Centres for a minimum of 90 minutes, after which you will be given the holiday voucher. The centres are at:

In addition, while on your 79poundholiday.com promotional holiday, you will also be required to take a hospitality tour, which will explain the resort facilities, services on offer and the benefits of Holiday Ownership to you. Failure to attend, or if you do not meet the Marketing criteria as set out, will result in you being charged an extra £250 to subsidise accommodation costs.
4. Two of the passengers travelling must be redeeming and travelling as a qualified couple.  All passenger names must be provided at the time of application. Any name change requests must be made in writing.  For travel involving flights any name changes after the holiday offer has been made will be subject to a minimum fee of £50 per passenger. 
5. Clients must choose four different weeks as per the ELP holiday calendar that are a minimum of eight weeks apart and three months from the voucher issue date and all must be within 18 months of the voucher issue date.  Clients will be offered one of their date choices although no match of preferred destination or airport can be promised.  All clients are made only one holiday offer, which is non-negotiable.
6. Clients may only select one grey week. See calendar.  Priority for these weeks will be given to teachers and families with school-aged children.
7. Prices quoted are fully inclusive of Air Passenger Duty, travel and airport taxes, fuel surcharges and security as charged to Exclusive Lifestyle Passport by the airport and airlines and which cannot be waived.  Airport transfers, food and insurance are not included.
8. Any infant under the age of two, upon their return to the UK, will be subject to a ticketing fee of £30 and must be seated with an adult over sixteen years of age.  All children over two years of age will be classed as adult passengers.
9. Promotional holiday fees will be refunded if Exclusive Lifestyle Passport fails to make a holiday offer as per the client’s date choices and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
10. Delay in delivery of notifications caused by postal services; and/or delay in receipt caused by absence from home; and/or non-fulfilment of the acceptance procedure, will absolve Exclusive Lifestyle Passport of the further responsibility in fulfilling the holiday offer.
11. The holiday offer is for 4 people at £79 each and two more family members ‘additional passenger’ may also travel but will be charged at £99 each plus Air Passenger Duty, travel and airport taxes, fuel surcharges and security. The Holiday Request Form provided with the holiday voucher must be returned to the address shown or completed on-line within fourteen days of the voucher issue date.
12. You will be required to pay a holding deposit of £29.50 at the time of application for your holiday for each passenger and balance on acceptance of our offer – see below. Subsequently and once you have received notification of your holiday offer, which will be a minimum of 60 days before your departure date, you must confirm acceptance of this offer by post or on-line where the service is available within 14 days of the offer issue date.  You must also pay the outstanding balance of £49.50 per person or £69.50 per person plus Air Passenger Duty, travel and airport taxes, fuel surcharges and security for any additional passengers at this time.
13. The promotional holiday holding deposit is non-refundable.
14. Principal passenger/family cannot take or book a second Exclusive Lifestyle Passport holiday within 12 months of their first Exclusive Lifestyle Passport holiday.
15. Owners of CLC products, pack products and points holiday systems are not eligible for the holiday award.
16. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange visa documentation in time for their date of travel, if applicable.  Transfers to and from the resort are not included.
17. If applicable, you must have a valid passport at time of travel.
18. All vouchers must be signed and dated at the time of issue.
19. Non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions mentioned, insufficient or non-payment of fees, fraudulent attempts made to use this offer or misrepresentation will invalidate the offer and absolve Exclusive Lifestyle Passport of all responsibilities to the client.
20. Please be advised that the promotional holiday is subject to availability and works on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.  In the unlikely event of over-subscription, clients will be offered a guaranteed place on another of their choice of dates.
21. To the extent permitted by law, Exclusive Lifestyle Passport does not accept responsibility for any damages, loss, delays, injuries/deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to: acts of God, nature, sickness, strikes, local customs, law and politics during registered clients’ participation in an Exclusive Lifestyle Passport offer.
22. All the information that you supply will be held by Exclusive Lifestyle Passport or its authorised agents to help with the supply of the services indicated and for research, marketing and promotional analysis purposes.  Disclosure to other companies may have to be made in order to provide the services requested.  In addition, your details may be shared with carefully selected companies who may contact you with information on products or services that may be of interest.  Telephone and other communications may be recorded or monitored for the purpose of staff training and quality control.
23. All airlines have different policies on the weight allowance for your checked in luggage, standard allowance is 15 kilos per bag, we will include the cost of 1 bag per person, excluding infants, to check in at the airport.  Airlines may charge Excess baggage amounts to increase your allowance.  For more information on your airlines allowance please refer to www.exclusivelifestylepassport.com or call flight enquires 7-30 days before your departure date.
24. It is advisable to have comprehensive travel insurance for your holiday. It is not compulsory for you to purchase this from Exclusive Lifestyle Passport Log onto www.exclusivelifestylepassport.com for an instant quote and to obtain a policy. Ambassador Holidays is an appointed representative of ITC Compliance Limited which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
25. Exclusive Lifestyle Passport uses a variety of low cost and charter airlines for your booking.
26.  Changes in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes, embarkation or disembarkation at airports mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have booked.  However there will be no change within 30 days of your departure.  We will absorb and you will not be charged for any increase equivalent to 2% of the price of the travel arrangements, which excludes insurance premiums and any amendment charges.  You will be charged for the amount over and above that, plus an administration fee of £1.00 per person.  If this means you have to pay more than 10% of the price of your travel arrangements, you will have the option of accepting a change to another holiday, if we are able to offer one (if this is of equivalent or higher quality you will not have to pay more, but if it is of a lower quality you will be refunded the difference in price) or cancelling and receiving a full refund of all monies paid, except for any amendment charges.  We will consider an appropriate refund of Insurance premiums paid if you can show that you are unable to transfer or re-use your policy.  Should you decide to cancel for this reason, you must exercise your right to do so within 14 days from the issue date printed on the final invoice.  Should the price of your holiday go down due to changes mentioned above, by more than 2% of your holiday cost, then any refund due will be paid to you.  However, please note that travel arrangements are not always purchased in local currency and some apparent changes have no impact on the price of your travel due to contractual and other protection in place.
27. Exclusive Lifestyle Passport acts as retail agents to Ambassador Holidays Ltd, Registered with the Civil Aviation Authority and holder of ATOL licence number 5944.
